Sarah Palin stopped in Chicago this week and made a guest appearance on the Oprah show. I have included a refresher of the events that transpired as well as one of the clips from the show. Not much exciting happened and it seemed to be more of the phony stuff we always hear from her when she makes her way in front of a camera. Is it just me, or is the crazy getting so natural it’s lost its appeal?
CHICAGO Sarah Palin said in an interview with Oprah Winfrey that it’s heartbreaking to see the road that Levi Johnston, the father of her grandson, has taken and that the soon-to-be Playgirl model hasn’t seen his baby in awhile. <snip>
The new memoir doesn’t mention Johnston, who has sparred repeatedly with his former mother-in-law-to-be. Johnston and Palin’s daughter Bristol Palin are parents to son, Tripp.
When Winfrey asked about Johnston, Palin said she didn’t think "a national television show is the place to discuss some of the things he’s doing and saying."
But Palin went on to say she finds it "a bit heartbreaking to see the road that he is on right now" and that "it’s not a healthy place to be."
I particularly enjoy the length she goes to point out the irresponsibility and childishness of Levi’s current actions, all the while forgetting she ditched her last job to let someone else write a book about her life, for her.
Oprah strayed away from asking her which types of magazines she reads, as to appear unbiased.
